Refreshments – we are in desperate need of more help on a Sunday morning. If you can help, please put your name on the form at rear of church. Thank you.

Ladies Group have booked to see CATS on September 20th matinee at Birmingham Hippodrome, cost £32.50. Can you let Sandra Alford know asap if you would like to go. Full amount has to be paid by 12th March.

Give As You Live with Everyclick.com - a new way to give to St .Anne & All Saints which costs you nothing. Every time you shop online just go to http://www.everyclick.com/stanne-allsaints first and then start searching. Follow the simple prompts to make this your default search facility. You will get great search results from Yahoo!, leading shopping providers and access to all eBay auctions. The best bit is that every purchase you make online creates a donation for St .Anne & All Saints Church and costs you absolutely nothing!

Coventry Night Shelter - as well as needing people, we are also in need of sleeping bags, pillows, pillow cases and sleeping bag liners, and we will need volunteers to help by washing the liners and pillow slips each week. There are also likely to be other overheads so any monetary donations would be welcomed if that is how you feel called to respond. But, most importantly…please be praying for this venture, for safety and strength for all involved in running it and for God to bless the guests who will be benefitting from it. Please pray that God’s love is made known, and also that the guests are able to make real progress in getting off the streets permanently. If you can possibly help, the more volunteers we have, the less often each person needs to volunteer. The actual weekly rota is being done locally by Elke.

Charity Collections - Please remember to bring:

  • used stamps to put in the basket for the Leprosy Mission.
  • milk bottle tops for Myton Hospice
  • ring pulls from cans for the Philippine Community Fund
  • The Coventry Foodbank box is at the back of church and its contents are taken each week to the Hope Centre in Hillfields. New Shopping Lists are available to help you remember what they need.
  • Coins to put in our Say No to Coppers bottle as we support Canon Andrew White and the Foundation for Relief and Reconciliation in the Middle East at St.George's Church, Baghdad, Iraq
Please pray for:
• the peace of the whole world, for the welfare of the Holy Church of God, and for the unity of all.
• The Global economies at this difficult time
• All those who use our building
• We thank God for the faithfulness of Simeon and Anna. We pray that we would learn how to reflect God's light in the communities in which we live, work and learn.
  • We pray for all those who will gather in Coventry Cathedral representing churches from around the city to worship, pray and share information about Hope for the City, as part of the Hope 2014 initiative.
