luncheon Club meets every other Monday. Communion upstairs at 11.30 is followed

Alpha Course
In
September we will be running an Alpha Course. Alpha is a non-pressurised, fun
and informative course. It is a place to share your thoughts and explore the
meaning of life. The course is designed primarily for people who don't go to
church or who haven't been to church in a long time and are interested in the
Christian faith. Who might you invite? If you would like to do the course
yourself, who could you bring with you?”

Prayer for Today
Lord of
Israel, who bestowed such grace on Anne and Joachim that their daughter Mary
grew up obedient to your word and made ready to be the mother of your Son: help
us to commit ourselves in all things to your keeping and grant us the salvation
you promised to your people; through Jesus Christ your Son our Lord, who is
alive and reigns with you, in the unity of the Holy Spirit, one God, now and
for ever. Amen.
