The LIFE Course

Let's face it, we all find life difficult to cope with at times. Some people seem to deal with things so much better than we do, while others seem to melt down unexpectedly. Sometimes our struggle to cope presents itself as a mental health problem.
The fact is that we ALL go through life using coping skills, and could all benefit from reflecting on what we already know and also learning a few more.
Here at St Anne and All Saints we aim to help people to live life in all fullness, and so we will be running a 6-week Bible-based coping skills course in partnership with Keeping Health in Mind called The LIFE Course. This course is suitable for all adults, whether a Christian or not and whether diagnosed with a mental health problem or not, and will be run on Thursday afternoons, repeated in the evening.

Date: Thursday 13th June for 6 weeks.
Time: 1.30-3pm and again at 7.30-9pm.
Where: St Anne and All Saints
Who: Please register with Ali on 02476651642 or email her.

Please note, places are limited so it will be first come first served.
St Anne and All Saints, bringing the community to life.

Life Groups

Following the successful launch of our first Life Group last week, we will be meeting again in church at 1.30pm this Wednesday 15th May until 3.00pm.

If you can't make an afternoon group there is the opportunity to join an evening Life Group this week on Thursday 16th May in church from 7.30pm until 9.00pm.

Get to know people and enjoy their company over a cup of tea and piece(s) of cake.

We will join in fellowship to study God's word and sing worship songs. As a group and as indivduals we aim to discover new ways of living as Jesus taught us and showing our love for others as he showed his love for us.

Please come along and find out what it is all about.
