Adults wanting to find out about Confirmation. If you would like to know about being confirmed please add your name to the list at the back of church. There will be some preparation sessions in the autumn.

Connecting with young adults. Are you interested in how we as church can connect with young adults? Fancy helping with something new and exciting? Please speak to Clive.

The Luncheon Club meets every other Monday. Communion upstairs at 11.30 is followed by lunch downstairs at 12.30. Please speak to Janice. Bring your friends!

Ladies Group
Wednesday 15th August, 7.30 – 9.30pm Potter In Craft Studio in Leamington Spa. Price £5 studio fee + cost of item to be painted. Paint your own pots! Open to everyone of all ages.

20 years Celebration Tea at the Ritz. Tea at the Ritz = £42, payable by the end of August. All non-refundable.

Alpha Course.  In September we will be running an Alpha Course. Alpha is a non-pressurised, fun and informative course. It is a place to share your thoughts and explore the meaning of life. The course is designed primarily for people who don't go to church or who haven't been to church in a long time and are interested in the Christian faith. Who might you invite? If you would like to do the course yourself, who could you bring with you?”

• For the peace of the whole world, for the welfare of the Holy Church of God, and for the unity of all.
• United Nations has declared today to be "International Youth Day." We pray for young people throughout the world, particularly those living in poverty, fear or danger. We pray for the Church's mission among the young people in our communities. Take time to pray for young people known to you, and ask God to meet their spiritual, social and emotional needs.
• The Global economies at this difficult time
• We pray for all who have the opportunity to find refreshment through a holiday. We pray for those who drive buses, trains, aeroplanes, and all who work in airports. We pray for those who manage hotels and bed and breakfast establishments and those in the catering industry. We pray for those who are not able to take time away due to financial pressures.
• The Elliot family whose daughter Imogen is poorly

Lord of heaven and earth, as Jesus taught his disciples to be persistent in prayer, give us patience and courage never to lose hope, but always to bring our prayers before you; through Jesus Christ our Lord. Amen.
