“At times prayer can seem like hard work or a bit of a mystery.
At other times, it's an encounter with the Living God.
Wherever you are on the journey of faith, Life Source will encourage a discovery of new-found joy and delight in prayer for novices and old hands alike.”

Diary Dates

Notices

Annual District Church Meeting (ADCM). Please can you submit Reports to Stella asap.

Church Membership List (Electoral Roll). Each year we have to revise our membership list. If you attend the church regularly and would like to be included on this list, please speak to Lorna.

Love Your Church - The church is open every Saturday from 10am-12noon for cleaning, tidying, fixing, moving, sorting, trimming, planting, painting, bonding, helping, doing, watching, organising, teamworking, decorating and building. Please feel free to drop in and “love your church”.

Coventry Night Shelter.…please be praying for this venture, for safety and strength for all involved in running it, and for God to bless the guests who will be benefitting from it. Please pray that God’s love is made known, and also that the guests are able to make real progress in getting off the streets permanently. There are also likely to be other overheads so any monetary donations would be welcomed if that is how you feel called to respond. If you can possibly help, the more volunteers we have, the less often each person needs to volunteer. The actual weekly rota will be being done locally by Elke.

Please pray:
• For the peace of the whole world, for the welfare of the Holy Church of God, and for the unity of all.
• The Global economies at this difficult time
• For all those using our building
• For God's blessing upon the church members and the local community.
• We thank God for those who write songs and hymns for us to use in worship. We praise God for the wide variety of music available to us and for the songs and hymns that have helped us in our faith journey. We pray that God would stir us in musical worship and bless all those who lead, sing and play
• Let's Create a Better Internet Together' is the strapline for the UK Safer Internet Day today. We pray that there would be significant steps made in the regulations around responsible use of the internet to make it a safer place, especially for children.
• For the Youth Alpha

Pray for those in special need at this time and those recovering from illness:
Colin O’Shea; Les Cave; J R Lindsey; Marlene; Florizel Anderson; Gill Wiles; Canon Andrew White; Albert Hagan; Emma Smith

Prayer for Today
Almighty God, give us reverence for all creation and respect for every person, that we may mirror your likeness in Jesus Christ our Lord. Amen.
