City Prayer and Praise at the Welcome Centre Sunday 18 May 2014 at 6.30pm. Join with other churches from across Coventry to Worship Together.

Pentecost 2014 - The Big Birthday Bash 7th June - As part of the Hope 2014 programme in Coventry, the Hope at Pentecost Event will be a 'Big Birthday Bash' in Broadgate on Saturday, 7th June from 11am till 3pm. There will be stalls celebrating family life and some of the ways Christians are helping families in Coventry and beyond, a free barbecue, free hot drinks, party bags, musical entertainment, circus-type acts and a big birthday cake to be cut by city dignitaries and then given out to all. If you would like to bake a cake, which will become part of the big one, or help on the day in any way, please email Angus Ormes at angusormes@yahoo.co.uk 

Cathedral Visit - We are holding some passes for entrance to the Cathedral free of charge. If you would like one to pay a visit, please speak to Clive or one of the Wardens.

• For the peace of the whole world, for the welfare of the Holy Church of God, and for the unity of all.
• The Global economies at this difficult time
• For all those using our building
• For God's blessing upon the church members and the local community. • We thank God for his provision and for encouragement in the church family. We pray that we would grow in unity and love, shining like stars to those who are lost.
• For Bishop John as he leads the Eucharist at the Readers’ conference on Friday
• For the diocesan celebration of women’s ministry at Coventry Cathedral on Saturday and give thanks for 20 years of women priests.

Prayer for Today 
Risen Christ, you have filled your disciples with boldness and fresh hope: strengthen us also to proclaim your risen life and fill us with your peace, to the glory of God the Father. Amen.
