Serving each other in church. It is great that we are able to depend on each other as so many people help out in so many different ways in church. Sometimes it isn't possible to make it when we are on a rota, but please do remember to try to arrange someone to cover if you aren't able to help in the way that was planned, and please do check your rota regularly.
Coventry Food Bank most needed product is cartons of Long Life Milk please.
Charity Collections - Please remember to bring & put in drawers at rear of church:
• used stamps for the Leprosy Mission.

Please pray:
• For the peace of the whole world, for the welfare of the Holy Church of God, and for the unity of all.
• For all those using our building
• For God's blessing upon the church members and the local community.
• For blessing and protection for Clive, Ali and all the family.
• We thank God for the rest and fun that many children will enjoy this summer. We pray for families for whom the extended holiday can bring extra tension, conflict or hardship.
• We pray for safe travel for all those going on holidays this summer. Please give care and wisdom to all responsible for carrying passengers on public transport.
• Lammas Day, the first Sunday in August when traditionally a loaf was placed on the altar as a thankyou for the harvest to come. Heavenly Father, the earth is yours and the harvests are your bounty. We pray for our farmers. We ask your blessing on the harvest and on all who work in farming. We ask that farmers facing difficult times may know your love and our support. Amen.
• We thank God for all those who serve as Spiritual Directors, mentors and guides and pray for God's wisdom for each of them.
Pray for those in special need at this time and those recovering from illness:
Colin O’Shea; Les Cave; J R Lindsey; Kaine Veal; Angela Justice; Chris Edmunds; Brian Groves; Ross Spriggs; Jackie Adams
Prayer for Today
Gracious Father, revive your Church in our day, and make her holy, strong and faithful, for your glory’s sake in Jesus Christ our Lord. Amen.
