Coventry Night Shelter.…please be praying for this venture, for safety and strength for all involved in running it and for God to bless the guests who will be benefitting from it. Please pray that God’s love is made known, and also that the guests are able to make real progress in getting off the streets permanently. There are also likely to be other overheads so any monetary donations would be welcomed if that is how you feel called to respond. If you can possibly help, the more volunteers we have, the less often each person needs to volunteer. Please speak to Elke

bombing of Coventry. In the words of the Dean, John Witcombe, "We pray for the
opportunity to look back at the reality of destruction in our world, or even in our own lives,
but at the same time to draw strength to look forward in the power of resurrection and new
life in Christ."

family and friends
• We thank God for all those who serve as clergy in the diocese. We pray for strength and
energy, especially during this busy term. We remember those who are struggling in
ministry and ask for God's blessing on them.

themes deal with the serious issue of bullying in any form. We pray for all who are being
bullied, and for initiatives that aim to prevent it.
