Coventry Night Shelter.…please be praying for this venture, for safety and strength for all involved in running it and for God to bless the guests who will be benefitting from it. Please pray that God’s love is made known, and also that the guests are able to make real progress in getting off the streets permanently. There are also likely to be other overheads so any monetary donations would be welcomed if that is how you feel called to respond. If you can possibly help, the more volunteers we have, the less often each person needs to volunteer. Please speak to Elke

Please pray:
• For the peace of the whole world, for the welfare of the Holy Church of God, and for the
  unity of all.
• For all those using our building
• For God's blessing upon the church members and the local community.
• For blessing and protection for Clive, Ali and all the family.
• This is National Adoption Week, where people are being encouraged to consider
adopting.  It's a huge responsibility, but one that comes with great rewards. Please pray
for all families with adopted children
• On Monday we pray for the inauguration of the new General Synod in London, and for the
representatives from our Diocese: Bishop Christopher, Andrew Attwood, Charlotte Gale,
Ruth Walker, Sam Margrave, Yvonne Warren, Andrew Williams
• Next 27th Friday is 'Buy Nothing Day'. The developed countries take up only 20% of the
earth - yet  we use up over 80% of the planet's natural resources. This leads to
environmental damage and an unfair wealth distribution. You need do just one
thing: buy nothing! Please pray for this initiative.

Pray for those in special need at this time and those recovering from illness:
J R Lindsey; Angela Justice; Emma Smith; Anna Gale-Davison; Denise; Joyce; Ross Spriggs; Anna; Chris Edmunds; Brian Groves; Jackie Adams; Steve Brooker;

Prayer for Today
God the Father, help us to hear the call of Christ the King and to follow in his service, whose kingdom has no end; for he reigns with you and the Holy Spirit, one God, one Glory. Amen.
