Alpha Course: We’ll be running this 10 week course again starting in September. There are three ways to get involved with this informal introduction to Christianity;
1. Help with organising or catering
2. Come along to all or part of it
3. Invite a friend to come along Sunday Clubs
If you are interested in Leading or assisting, please see Carolyn

Prayer List: We will be revising our prayer list on the Notice sheet every month. Starting from scratch from every month, Can you please let Revd Clive or Stella know names you would like on.

Celebration Sunday 14th July: There will be a barbeque at church after the service to mark 30 years of Reader Ministry from Mick. Please bring food and drink to share.

Congratulations to Ros:  Having finished her studies, Ros has got a job at St Mark’s church in Leamington heading up their Child and Family Team. We will be celebrating her success and saying farewell on Friday 19th July 7pm at the Vicarage. Please bring food and drink to share.

“Welcome Sunday” on Sunday 21st July:  We are having a ‘Welcome Sunday’ when we will spend time getting to know each other better during the main 10am service. This would be a great service to invite your family and friends to! Who might you bring with you?

Life Groups: We meet in small groups at various times through the week to help us to grow and to learn about God. Please speak to Clive to find out more or to explore which group might best suit you.

Cathedral Praise: Coventry Cathedral are keen to develop a partnership with us as a neighbouring church. We are all invited to join with them every Sunday evening at 6.30pm for Cathedral Praise. This is especially useful if you were busy serving during the morning service here.

Please pray for:

• For the peace of the whole world, for the welfare of the Holy Church of God, and for the unity of all. We pray for the members of General Synod, and for the main debate about women bishops that is taking place on Monday.

• We pray for all young people at universities, colleges and schools who are taking exams or waiting for their results. Pray that they might not be anxious, but that they put their trust in God for the outcome of these exams.

• The Global economies at this difficult time

• For all those using our building

• We pray for God's blessing upon the church members and the local community.

• St Alban’s during their interregnum

Please pray for those in special need at this time and those recovering from illness:
Tracey Griffiths; Phil Smith; Bishop Colin; Simon Brooker; Simon Hellberg; Colin O’Shea; George Adamantos; Ina Anstee; Susan McMillan

Creator God, you made us all in your image: may we discern you in all that we see, and serve you in all that we do; through Jesus Christ our Lord. Amen.
